E.E. Burke is an award-winning author whose fascination with history and talent for storytelling sparked a writing career that has produced more than a dozen novels, including her latest, Tom Sawyer Returns, which reimagines Mark Twain’s classic characters as adults involved in dangerous adventures and deadly mysteries.

She recently completed her Steam! series, which includes five historical thrillers set during the tumultuous Railroad Era, blending historical events and intrigue with daring love stories.

Ms. Burke’s books have won critical acclaim in numerous national and regional contests, including the Chanticleer International Book Awards, Readers' Choice and Kindle Best Book.
